Clocking Systems

Clocking Systems

We can provide a range of clocking systems catering for all sizes and sectors of business, whether it be manufacturing, hospitality, care homes, restaurants, construction, hospitals or retail outlets. These range from traditional card operated clocking in machines, to low cost swipe card or fingerprint systems linked to software. We also provide fully installed and commissioned solutions across multiple sites with multiple users.

Biometric & photo ID card terminals are also an option where security on your premises is an issue, restricting access to selected individuals.

Clocking In Machines
The entry point system where the employee inserts a cardboard clocking card into the machine as they arrive and leave work. A clear and accurate time is stamped on the card. You can manually calculate the hours for payroll at the end of the payroll period.

Swipe Systems
The next step up in the range provides greater control over your workforce, allowing you to monitor & report on your employees through the user-friendly time attendance software. Employees clock in and out with use of swipe cards or proximity key fobs.

Swipe Time Attendance System

Biometric Systems
The most advanced time clocking systems available, fingerprint & hand scanners provide the most accurate time attendance solution. Biometric systems can vastly reduce attentance fraud, meaning you don't pay for employees who are not actually there.
